According to the NYTimes (“RELAX! You’ll Be More Productive”, Feb.10, 2013), Sarah C. Mednick, a sleep researcher at the University of California, Riverside, found that a 60- to 90-minute nap improved memory test results as fully as eight hours of sleepytime.

Sounds good to us.  Especially because a recent Harvard study estimated that sleep deprivation costs American companies $63.2 billion a year in lost productivity. Ouch.

For quick naps in public, we’re digging this in-development “OSTRICH PILLOW”. Sort of like putting your head into an nice, thick, quilted oven mitt for some brief ZZZZs. ¬†For more extended sleep, try our NIGHT aromatherapy blend in the shower, with soporific essential oils of organic Basil and Sage.
